Public housing projects might have limited funds, but that doesn’t mean they have to look cheap. Slovenian architecture firm Ofis Arhitekti built these Tetris-style apartments in Ljubljana for the Slovenia Housing Fund last year. The firm was given limited funds, 4 stories, and less than 54,000 square feet to build on. Plus the land faced a super busy highway. So how did the designers overcome their budgetary and space constraints?
