There’s a new trailer for the 300 sequel The Legend of Curly’s Gold Rise of an Empire, and it’s sad that this once proud franchise has traded its trademark quiet introspection and examination of the human condition for such bombast. Naw, I’m just kiddin’, both movies are about half-naked dudes killing each other.
Seriously, when watching this thing, all I can think about are these two things: 1) Xerxes is the same dude who played Paolo in Lost, and 2) Lena Headey needs to start discriminating a little bit more about what projects she chooses. Ma’am, you’re in Game of Thrones. You don’t have to do nonsense like this any more, okay?
