Sleek new cellphone from BenQ, which seems to be making a name for itself lately with the design of its cellphones. The S830C has a 4096 color screen, a second, external LCD screen, and switchable aluminum faceplates that come in four different colors. It also comes with what they claim is the world’s smallest external digital camera attachment, which is just 1.4cm thick.
