The opening salvo in the 2-megapixel digital camera price war predicted last week by IDC (and apparently eagerly awaited by Glenn Reynolds!) has been shot. Visioneer has two new 2-megapixel cameras coming out that each cost $99.99 after rebate, the MX 200 and the LX 200 (pictured at right).
