Turns out thatusing a cellphone while behind the wheel might not be what makes you a bad driver. You might just be a bad driver in general. Not that the methodology of their study is particularly rigorous, but Response Insurance did a survey of drivers and found that people who talk on their cellphone while driving tend to be distracted and inattentive drivers even when they’re not talking on the phone.
