What if John Hughes directed Game of Thrones? Well, it probably wouldn’t look anything like this, because it would still be set in the medieval fantasy realm of Westeros, but artist Mike Wrobel has painted much of the GoT cast in ’80s and early ’90s fashions, and they’re just phenomenally brilliant. I do hope Wrobel will continue the series with Bran, Catelyn, Varys, Littlefinger, Genndry, Hodor and the rest. Do you have any suggestions for styles or fashions for as-yet-unpainted characters? For some reason I’m seeing Varys as a hardcore punk. And Ned maybe as an uptight principal.
