The Harleyphone

We’ve got to confess that when we think of bikers we don’t even imagine them as carrying cellphones – they seem somehow too dainty for a Hell’s Angel to carry – but Motorola’s gone ahead and created a special version of its v60i cellphone commemorating Harley-Davidson’s 100th anniversary. The phones come engraved with the Harley-Davidson logo, special “biker” ringtones like Eric Clapton’s Layla (Born to be Wild has gotta be on there too) and other essentials that you can just see the average Hell’s Angel insisting on, like a clip-on speakerphone. And, yes, we know that most bikers aren’t Hell’s Angels, and that most Harley owners these days are yuppie wannabes who like playing tough on the weekends.
