Themuch-rumored HTC One Mini is looking more and more like a real thing, this time cropping up in a Chinese TENAA certification database listed as the HTC 601e.

The listing suggests that the phone will sport a single SIM card slot—unlike the Chinese version of its bigger brother, which packs two—but reveals little else. Other than the fact it’s almost certainly real, and about to land really rather soon.

Previous rumors have suggested that the handset will feature a 4.3-inch 720p screen, 4.1 million pixel Ultrapixel main camera, Snapdragon 400 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM and 16GB of storage. If this leak is anything to go by, it won’t be too long before we find out for sure.
