Word of another cellphone powered by Microsoft’s new Smartphone OS, this one from Wistron, that confusingly doesn’t run the same exact version of Smartphone as its predecessors, but rather a new variant called Intel Windows Powered Smartphone that incorporates Intel’s new Personal Internet Client Architecture. Sadly, no explanation of what that is appears in the article, but basically its a platform for wireless applications. Very basically.
