A new Pocket PC Phone from Eten, the InfoTouch P600, the design of which is distinctly different from that of the two nearly identical Pocket PC Phones that are available from T-Mobile and Siemens. Like its predecessors, the P600 runs on the GSM and GPRS networks, has a 206MHz processor, and has a 65,536 color, 240×320 pixel touch screen. There are some significant differences though, as the P600 has double the RAM of the Siemens and T-Mobile models (64 rather than 32MB) and has slots for both SecureDigital IO and CompactFlash. Right now it’s only available in Germany, no word on whether or not it’ll ever go on sale in the US.
