MSMobiles thinks it’s time to concede that the Neonode N1, a tiny new cellphone that runs on Windows CE, is just vaporware. The company behind the Neonode keeps pushing back the release, and recently had to cancel a planned Internet-only pre-sale of the phone due to “software issues.”
