A British judge who didn’t want to have to cancel his vacation (or holiday, as it were), instead heard pleadings in a couple cases he’d forgotten that he’d been assigned to from his rented villa in the south of Spain using a laptop and a secure Internet connection. Could you imagine how terrible it’d be to get sentenced to prison by some guy while he’s sipping fruity drinks and lounging in a deck chair?
