Blind Spot Revealed: Drivaware LaneFX
I have to add because I’ve been a total nut about this ever since someone mentioned it on a blog and I tried it: to adjust your side view mirrors properly, wait for a car to pass you on the left or right, and then position the side view mirror to catch them just as they leave your rear view mirror. You should not be able to see more than a sliver of the car in the side view when it’s in the rear view, and vice versa. This is about 30 degrees farther “out” than most people have them, and it makes all the difference in the world. You won’t have to lean over your shoulder to check your blind spot, and you will avoid pulling in to the lane of another car (or more importantly motorcycle).

Tire Pressure Check Caps Concept
These ‘analog’ versions people are posting have one fatal flaw (unless its been fixed recently), they are always “on”. If the clear plastic housing were to crack, the tires will start leaking air out of the the cap and will quickly deflate the tire.

This digital cap is different in that it one takes a reading when pressed, so there’s no fear of the same thing happening.

PS3 Processor Sucks for Gaming, Sez Microsoft
I’d have to agree with Matt Lee… And as software engineer who is working daily on both Xbox 360 and PS3, I’m in a good position to comment!
https://gizmodo.com/ps3-processor-sucks-for-gaming-sez-microsoft-181279
For a video game developer it’s definitely easier to work with the Xbox 360 than with the PS3. This is part due to the great tools supplied by Microsoft, and in art due to the simpler architecture of the Xbox 360. Plus the Xbox 360 is definitely fast.
However, once you start harnessing the power of the PS3 it kicks serious ass đ It’s a real number cruncher, but it’s also a real monster to be wrangled with. Sony’s expertise is in audio and video, so it’s not surprising that the PS3 is designed for streaming math code. I primarily work on low-level audio and the PS3 is amazing at digital signal processing.
If you think about it, Sony is probably hoping to use the cell processor in its audio and video devices. What better way to lower the price of the cell processor than by selling it first in millions of video game consoles?
