The mini Canon 5D DSLR flash drive of the other year has a couple of similarly-statured friends joining him at the flash-storage convention: an IXUS 200IS compact camera and Legra HD camcorder version. Both have the same retractable USB arms and 4GB of storage, but my heart will always belong to the 5D. [Behance via OhGizmo]
At this point I am just sick to death of seeing USB Flash drive in annoyingly cumbersome "quirky" casings. Instead of putting the tiny flash memory into a large and in some cases unusable (#2 & possibly #3 above) plastic housing why not find a way to make USB drive affordably have a really usable amount of storage. 4GB ain't cutting it these days and 16GB+ flash drives are still too expensive for what they are.
USB flash drives are a slowly dying technology anyway, just like CDRs and 3.5" Floppy disks. Online cloud-based storage solutions like Dropbox and whatever Microsoft and Apple are trying to do are making USB flash drive useless for most tasks.
