Artist Robert Armbrister’s newest series of “weird, somewhat off” creatures: they are as adorable as they are scary.
“A lot of my work is inspired by 1960s ads, UPA-style people and creatures, street art, and euro-comics,” Armbrister told io9. “I strive to create bizarre illustrations that appeal to all ages without dumbing down the subject matter.”
