Unlike Flavor Flav, however, you won’t be yelling, “Yooooooo, What time is it?”* because, like most phones, it has a clock. This is Toshiba’s latest smartphone, the T911. It’s not bad looking at all (although the cell-sexiness bar has been raised post-Prada and iPhone) and, as well as this hot-to-trot red (Bono-inspired? probably), it comes in silver, black, and white. Quick fashion forecast for you: Next year’s color is going to be green, in homage to Al Gore’s boogers. Find out what the T911’s got and when it’s out after the jump.
Here’s the gen. 3G connection, 3.2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, 1GB internal memory and a Yahoo!-dedicated key. You get 140 mins talktime on the battery, and it stays alive for 330 hours if you’ve got no friends. It came out in Japan on Saturday, no news whether it will make it across the Pacific to the States, though.
