Toshiba’s mistake

Over at Pocket PC Thoughts, Jason Dunn makes some solid points about why Toshiba’s stubborn refusal to offer owners of its handhelds upgrades to the new Pocket PC 2003 operating system is such a bad idea. Among them, that the negative publicity will likely cost them more money (in terms of repeat customers, new business, etc) than it would to offer the upgrade.
