Some decorating decisions are made for reasons of beauty. Some for a specific taste. And others are made because the homeowner’s a sadist who enjoys fucking with people’s heads. Here are some lovely floor options.
The top image is from a
Panasonic ad campaign, showing the bugs and dust and everything else that lurks on the floor. That would presumably vanish if you would only buy a Panasonic vacuum cleaner. These rugs were put in malls and foodcourts. FOODCOURTS. Seeing this would definitely cause me to avoid eating anything there.
This one from Houzz on the left is for when you want to create the feeling of wood rot on your floor.
That rug is “Poliedri” by Roubini Rugs, and there’s no way a drunk person isn’t going to stumble around trying to avoid tripping on the nonexistent objects on that rug.
