Micah Alpern, a “Human-Computer Interaction Designer,” with a survey of the different virtual projection keyboards for PDAs and cellphones coming from Virtual Devices, Developer VKB, and Canesta. These work by having an LED projecting an image of a keyboard onto any flat surface, and then you just tap away at the images like a regular keyboard.
