Vonage has announced a partnership with Verizon to provide mobile 911 service for its voice-over-IP solution, even when the customer is using a roaming VOIP device. I got a press release with a lot of details, but that’s the gist. That’s pretty fantastic for Vonage, though. It makes me want to punch one of their users just to see how well it works.
