Supergirl is one of those characters who both embodies the audience and a superhero we’d all love to be. And nothing better shows that than this clip where she welcomes the president and then saves her from an attack. (Above is her reaction to seeing Lynda Carter. It is also ours.)
Now, we do know that Carter’s character is named President Olivia Marsdin, but it’s really hard to not call her President Wonder Woman, so baby steps. And every clip we see of her in tonight’s episode makes us fall even more in love with this show. To wit:
