Well, we’ve been going through all of the feedback people gave us as part of our recent reader survey, and we’re going to start experimenting with comment boards on the site. Just a few posts here and there to get things rolling, then eventually we’ll allow them for each post. I’m still a bit wary of doing this. To be perfectly honest, I’ve seen way too many bulletin boards and mailing lists descend into spam and infighting, and I’d hate to see that happen here. A few things: I generally won’t be participating in the discussions, so if you have a question, suggestion, tip, or if you’ve caught a typo or factual error, please email me directly at [email protected], rather than posting it as a comment. It’ll get to me more quickly that way.
