The Ghostbusters have dedicated their lives to removing and containing the undead menace, but what if the proton pack-wielding foursome joined the ranks of the very ghosts they hunt? Ghostbuters comic artist Dan Schoening gives new unlife to the ghosthunting heroes.
Egon, Ray, and Peter were ghostified in the Real Ghostbusters episode “The Flip Side,” but since Schoening’s artwork is based on the design of the movies, he wanted to try his hand at his own version of the “Flip Side” Ghostbusters. He even gave them punny last names to go with their gruesome looks.
