Looks like Verizon’s not the only one with some ammo left over post-CES; Sprint’s got an “industry first” to unveil at a Feb. 7 NYC event. David Blaine will be there. But what’s the shiny new product?

Here’s what we think it’s not: a Sprint iPhone. Sure, we know that Verizon’s contract is non-exclusive, meaning that any CDMA carrier could hop on the bandwagon. But that would pretty clearly be an industry second! It’s also very unlikely to be a webOS tablet, since HP is hosting its own event on Feb. 9th.

So what’s it going to be? We don’t know! But I wouldn’t be disappointed if it was just David Blaine juggling chainsaws for an hour.
