Why Oh Why Does the Skootcase Only Exist For Kids?

The next time you’re at the airport, racing to your gate could feel like a casual drive through the Italian countryside if you trade in your luggage for this wonderful Skootercase. Except that it’s heartbreakingly only designed and sized for toddlers.

It’s small enough to fit in an overhead bin if you’re traveling with children, even with a fully functioning steering column and two sets of sturdy rubber wheels. And while it’s strong enough to support the weight of a kid who’s just grown too big for a stroller, when they reach Junior High it’s probably time to give up the dream. In an ideal world the $65 Skootercase would be perpetually kid-powered, but anyone who’s ever traveled with young’ns knows that the included parent-powered tow strap will probably be its most used means of propulsion.
