From Itronix, the world’s smallest and lightest ruggedized Tablet PC. With battery the GoBook Tablet weighs just 3.7 pounds, and comes with a 30GB hard drive, up to 640MB of RAM, and the option to have integrated GPRS, CDMA, 802.11b, or Bluetooth, or any combination of three of those. The processor on the GoBook is a bit slow (866MHz, probably to conserve battery power), and the LCD screen is a little small (just 8.4 inches), but then again you will be able to use this Tablet PC in the rain.
