The more we hear about the Rosemary’s Baby miniseries remake, the more excited we get. And now that Zoe Saldana has been cast in the lead, we’re hooked. Just look at that talent behind this 4-hour feature.
Deadline is reporting that Saldana will join director Agnieszka Holland (The Wire, Treme) in Paris for the newly relocated and updated Rosemary’s Baby miniseries on NBC. Scott Abbott and James Wong, of the The X-Files and Final Destination have penned the screenplay (so we’re expecting it to be a bit more gruesome than the original 1968 feature).
Only one question remains — will Saldana recreate Mia Farrow’s fantastic pixie cut as well?
