Microsoft's calling the white Zune "cotton", making a brown colored Zune (why?), and generally causing a big "meh" among consumers. Analysts say it won't make a dent in the iPod market, but will have success against Microsoft's own partners. No wonder they're getting pissed. Catch up on old Zune news here.
