    Nintendo Patents Now Under the ITC Microscope

    The International Trace Commission—which has the power to ban products in the US in case they infringe any patent—has accepted Hillcrest Laboratories' allegations against Nintendo. The commission will now look into the validity of Hillcrest's claims, which say the Wii infringes on their patents on motion-detecting technology.
