The International Trace Commission-which has the power to ban products in the US in case they infringe any patent-has accepted Hillcrest Laboratories’ allegations against Nintendo. The commission will now look into the validity of Hillcrest’s claims, which say the Wii infringes on their patents on motion-detecting technology.
