Whatever your views on 3DTV, there's no denying Panasonic's 3D plasmas are miles ahead of competitors' products. Which probably goes some length to explaining why Panasonic's increased production by 30 per cent.
According to Panasonic's head of TV business, Hirotoshi Uehara, they've seen a "strong reaction," with their factory working at "full capacity but we've increased 3D panel production by 30 per cent compared to our original plan."
