A Taiwanese man was inspired to build a green Android robot. So he grabbed a trash can, some DIY electronics experience and went to work.

He installed wheels on the bottom, gave it arms, glued on some eyes and painted the trash can green. Inside he put a receiver, an Arduino microprocessor and some circuitry to control the movement. Three days and NT$3000 (US$100) later, he had a functioning robot that could glide and spin with the best of us. [Mobile01 via MIC Gadget]
