Nothing about this video makes sense. It’s as if some gang of lawless costumed freaks from space took a teenage girl with her pet snake out to the desert to live on the lam. Or something like that.
The video is actually directed by Grimes, and the song is fantastic. It’s backed up by a beat that makes you want to get on your feet and vocals that are both strangely beautiful and incredibly catchy. If you’re not dancing by now, you’re doing something wrong. [Gorilla vs. Bear]
