I've riden this, as i live in switzerland, don't worry about the screws, we swiss people are the most advanced engineering people of this planet. :)
Ok we might not be technologically advanced like the USA but when we build something we build it right :)
@Buskape: I'm not generally prone to stereotyping(*), I'll concur with the latter statement. The Swiss attention to finicky detail is amazing. I remember stories about how the Swiss resorts would use cables for ski lifts only for a couple seasons, then sell them to the Italian resorts.
I live 20 min away from Cedar Point in Ohio, so watching the video of this, expecting a massive actually thrilling rollercoaster was really a let down. The headline should definately mention that this is the highest "elevation" rollercoaster. This one looked about as frightening as the Blue Streak. http://www.cedarpoint.com/public/park/rides/coasters/index.cfm
"A ride costs CHF 6.00 for adults and children 9 years old and over. Children 8 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult. Both single and multiple ride tickets are available. If you purchase 4 rides, the 5th one is free."
That's the alpiniest of alpine slides except it looks like your cart is attached to the rails on this one. Not quite as deadly as your standard concrete slide.
Anyone else tempted in that last picture to give the pod a little push over the edge to watch it ski down the mountainside? Great 360 view before it impacts. No one else tempted? Not even a little? (Liars)

"There, only $56 stand and a faulty screw between you and sure death." does not make sense.
shouldn't it be:
"There, only $56 and a faulty screw stand between you and sure death".
your welcome.

If you're going to put it on rails, why not add good seatbelts and run it upside down briefly?
