You can find a lot of deals on eBay, but for early Apple Watch re-sellers, the name of the game is profit. Many sellers are pricing their coveted watch at hundreds of dollars above retail, guaranteeing product validity with Apple receipts and pre-order forms, and getting bids to show for it.
