Work on the new Midtown Manhattan Apple Store, which will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, presses forward. The big news is that the tarp has been lifted and the basic structure of the store is now apparent: it’s a giant cube, and right now, it’s completely black. Rumors point to a grand opening on May 20 of this year for the 25,000 sq. foot Apple Store.
