At the same Web 2.0 Summit where AT&T Mobility CEO Ralph de la Vega said that 3G tethering was coming to the iPhone, he’s just confirmed that Android is coming to AT&T in December. Update 1: Okay, so Android is a yes, December is a no. That was just TechCrunch’s Mike Arrington messing with Brian to see how fast we’d put it up, I guess. Update 2: Whenever or however Android comes to AT&T, it’ll be on different hardware than the G1, that’s for sure. Update 3: AT&T PR says that their official stance “we continue to evaluate the android platform” blah blah, still stands. Okay.
