Who has the UFC broadcast rights

Several broadcasters hold territorial rights for this event:

  • Paramount+ in the United States. The entire card streams exclusively on Paramount+. Prelims start at 5:00 PM ET, with the main card following at 8:00 PM ET. No PPV purchase required, but you do need an active subscription.
  • TNT Sports in the UK, also accessible through Discovery+, Amazon Prime Video, Sky Sports, Virgin Media, and EE TV. The main card kicks off at midnight GMT on Sunday. Heads up: UK clocks spring forward that night (Sunday March 29), so at 1:00 AM GMT it jumps to 2:00 AM BST. The Adesanya vs Pyfer fight is expected around 2:40 AM BST. Plan your alarm accordingly.

Prelims stream on UFC Fight Pass in most territories. In France, RMC Sport also streams the prelims for free on its Twitch channel.

Disclaimer: The method described below is intended for residents of countries where no UFC broadcasting agreement is in place. If you live in a country where a broadcaster holds exclusive rights (Paramount+ in the US, TNT Sports in the UK, etc.), this option does not apply to you. Check the applicable laws in your country before proceeding.

Russia’s public sports channel MatchTV broadcasts the main card of every UFC event live, for free. No account, no credit card, no trial to cancel. The stream is openly available on matchtv.ru, but it’s geo-blocked outside of Russia.

A VPN connected to a Russian server removes that restriction. Install the VPN, select a Russian server, open matchtv.ru in your browser, and the stream loads automatically. Commentary is in Russian, but for MMA, the picture does the talking.

CyberGhost is the only major VPN provider that still maintains physical servers in Russia, making it the most reliable option for unblocking MatchTV. NordVPN and ExpressVPN pulled their Russian servers years ago and do not work with this channel. CyberGhost starts at $2.19/month with a 45-day money-back guarantee.

NordVPN: the best VPN for live sports streaming

If your needs go beyond MatchTV, NordVPN is the top pick for live sports streaming overall. It reliably unblocks Paramount+, DAZN, ESPN+, and most major international sports platforms.

NordVPN is currently running its two-year plan at $3.39/month, with three bonus months and a 30-day money-back guarantee. The NordLynx protocol, built on WireGuard, keeps speeds high even when routing through distant servers. The app installs in under two minutes on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android, and covers up to 10 devices simultaneously.

Beyond sports, NordVPN works for unblocking geo-restricted content on other platforms, securing public Wi-Fi connections, and keeping your browsing private.

Why this fight is worth watching

Israel Adesanya (24-5) arrives in Seattle on a three-fight losing streak, the worst run of his career. He lost the middleweight title to Sean Strickland, failed to reclaim it against Dricus Du Plessis, and was knocked out by Nassourdine Imavov in February 2025. His last win was a KO of Alex Pereira in April 2023. At 36, many consider this a retirement fight if the result doesn’t go his way.

His opponent is the worst possible matchup for a fighter looking to rebuild confidence. Joe Pyfer (15-3) has finished 13 of his 15 wins, a staggering 87% finish rate split between 9 KOs and 4 submissions. He’s 29 years old, riding a three-fight win streak, and ranked 14th. A win over the number 4 ranked Adesanya would put him in immediate title contention.

The co-main event features Alexa Grasso vs Maycee Barber, a flyweight rematch with title implications. And if you tune in early, Terrance McKinney vs Kyle Nelson is the kind of fight that rarely sees a second round.
