In this exorcism sequence from the 1983 Hong Kong horror film Devil Fetus, a Taoist priest attempts an exorcism using lasers, explosions, and some rather dubious editing. I suppose it’s no worse than Fabio and Patrick Ewing showing up as angels in The Exorcist III.
