The Thing prequel’s cast and crew reveal their favorite nods to the John Carpenter classic hidden in the new film. Which we then chopped up and recreated with original 1982 Carpenter footage so you’ll know exactly what to look for inside this horror film.
Here’s the official synopsis:
At an Antarctica research site, the discovery of an alien craft leads to a confrontation between graduate student Kate Lloyd and scientist Dr. Sander Halvorson. While Dr. Halvorson keeps to his research, Kate partners with Sam Carter, a helicopter pilot, to pursue the alien life form.
The Thing prequel will be in theaters October 14th.
