Comic-Con 2015 is over—but that doesn’t mean there still isn’t news coming from out of the Con. We brought you pictures of some of Marvel’s newly-announced toys revealed at San Diego from the show floor, but Hasbro have now released promotional images for all of their new reveals for you to get a better look.
Sure, this is ostensibly designated as a Spider-Man wave, but we really know that the star of the show is in fact, Spider-Woman: more specifically, the alternate Gwen Stacey spider-hero created for Spider-Verse this year before going on to kick butt in her own series. Gwen is joined be a plethora of Spidey-related heroes and villains: Clone Saga-era Spidey Ben Reilly (who also comes with bonus parts to turn into Spider-Carnage), Venom, Morbius, Jack O’Lantern and both Speed Demon and the Janice Lincoln version of Beetle from Superior Foes of Spider-Man. Collecting 6 different figures out of the 7 will net you the parts to build a Build-A-Figure version of Crusher Creel, the Absorbing Man:
Loosely inspired by next year’s Captain America movie, this wave only had 5 figures announced—presumably the one or two extra slots in the wave will be taken up by actual characters from Captain America: Civil War that have yet to be unveiled. Classic Comic Cap, Mockingbird, Nuke (not pictured), Taskmaster and a Red Skull Onslaught Build-A-Figure bonus will all feature in the line.
Finally, Hasbro also announced a new Namor—the first Namor figure line since 2007 (and actually the first widely-released version of the Sub-mariner since 2002!) that would come sometime next year as well.
All these figures will be released throughout 2016 (Spider-Man figures first, followed by Civil War later in the year), for around $25 each.
