This is just the email sent to one affected users, but it should speak to the state of the service on the whole. Hopefully Apple "working hard" to maintain the "best experience" doesn't include any more email weirdness. [9to5Mac]

Speaking of email weirdness, I just noticed that my original @mac.com which also works as @me.com now also works as @icloud.com. It's nice, but it's going to get confusing for people who started using Macs at different times in their lives. I just don't know if I like my email address only as a @icloud.com, although I may be one of the few who never liked having @mac.com as an email address, even before the MobileMe came out.
