A Czech website by the name of SuperApple has investigated Apple’s rechargeable AA batteries and found that actually, hidden underneath that Apple wrapping, they could actually be far-cheaper Sanyo Eneloops. It’s no surprise, really.

At least it’s reassuring to know that Apple at least chose a reputable company to make its batteries. While it’s not confirmed as yet (with SuperApple merely putting two and two together), it does make the mind wonder whether it might actually be better getting some Eneloops from Amazon, where they’re cheaper.
