The first minute-long episode of Lauren Faust’s Super Best Friends Forever aired yesterday, revealing the dynamics between super friends Wonder Girl, Batgirl, and Supergirl. Wonder Girl is the stern, responsible one, and Batgirl just wants to take Wonder Woman’s invisible jet to Mexico.
This is the longer version of the preview clip we saw earlier this week, in which Supergirl and Batgirl are begging Wonder Girl to take the invisible jet out for a spin. The jet provides a lovely little sight gag, and we get a sense of how the different girls approach their superheroing gigs. This is a great morsel, but it leaves me hungry for more. I still want my full series, DC!

Is it wrong that I keep thinking about these ladies in terms of pony counterparts? Because I expected Batgirl to be Twilight Sparkle, but she’s totally a Pinkie Pie.
