Judging from the patent application, it looks like Belkin will eventually release a car dock and charger for Apple s iPod. The device will plug into the cigarette lighter to power and charge the iPod while an RF transmitter sends the audio over the car s audio system. Nothing new here, just several of Belkin s other accessories all jammed into one tall package.
