Every day something new happens with Blu Ray. Today though, shipping dates were announced from Panasonic that they will be shipping Blu-enabled products in Spring of 2006. Not bad. Dell also has plans for Blu Ray early next year so we can all count on Panasonic getting cozy with Dell probably. The plan entails support for Blu-ray discs in 25GB and 50GB formats, available in read-only, writeable, and re-writable formats (with writable speeds at 2x).
