Saturday morning Weekdays after school wouldn’t have been the same without He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Along with Lego, the line of toys and the subsequent animated series were a big part of my childhood. LegoJalex has mixed the two together in one beautiful package, creating brick built representations of all the best characters.
With the popularity of He-Man evident in the re-launched DC Comics He-Man: The Eternity War, and Skeletor and He-Man showing up, however weirdly, in Honda commercials, I’d say that the buff Prince Adam still has a good following. I would love to see a live action reboot of these characters, and that seemed inevitable with this old project, but it has since lost its legs. If only Mattel would release their iron grip on the license, it could be built of brick.
