Canon is saving its big guns for PMA, but it did show a few things at CES. Take this Elura 100 Mini DV camcorder, a really tiny, simple to maneuver camcorder with a widescreen high resolution feature with 2.7-inch widescreen display panel. It works with both Windows and Mac (thanks Canon) and includes easy-to-use Joystick, Smooth Zoom Control, Level Shot Control, 9 Point AiAF auto focus, Special Scene Modes and Image Effects. The Elura 100 also happens to be 35 percent smaller and 26 percent lighter than the previous Elura models and has an SD Memory Card slot. All this for just $400.
