You’ll notice this by the fact that there’s often a “Thanks, Random Person!” at the end of a post as indication that one of your fellow reader sent us the information for that particular post. It’s a nice ego boost for you and it’s a great help for us.
Keep in mind that if you’re sending us sensitive information or really need us to keep your identity private, you should take the email route rather than submitting a tip through a tagpage.
