Being a dork, I like Linux and kebabs. So when Fingergear tied in both with the Computer-On-A-Stick (COS), I knew I had come home. These babies come in standard and BIO models if you need extra security. A bootable flash drive, the COS runs a version of Linux and bypasses a normal Windows bootup on a PC. It then allows you to access applications like a mail client, Firefox, and OpenOffice for documents among others. These USB 2.0 Pro models are available now for $159 for the 512MB model and $199 for 1GB of storage. The BIO models will add on extra bucks to the final price for security additions. Get 'em while they're hot off the grill.
